Before joining the studio, prospective students must first come in for a 30-minute introductory lesson.
This is an opportunity to meet the teacher, see the studio, and make sure we are going to be a good fit for each other. If you have prior piano experience, please bring your current materials with you.
Choose a time on the calendar below to get started!
Instructions: On the calendar, the dates in bold have openings. Once you click on the date, it will show the times. Select your desired day/time, click "continue," enter your contact information, and you're done!
What to expect during your first piano lesson:
Beginners: Students will learn 2-3 pieces during the first 20 minutes. Then we will decide on the best curriculum based on current ability and goals, discuss scheduling, and answer any additional questions you may have about lessons.
Prior piano experience: Come prepared to show off your favorite piece! Sight-reading and other musical knowledge will be assessed, so as to determine what would be the best plan of action to achieve your musical goals.
If you have more than one child: Yes, they can share an introductory lesson! Simply write both names on the lesson registration.
